A transportable training model for classroom teaching of calving techniques.  This life-size bovine enables students to practise manipulating and birthing the calf safely in a controlled environment.  
 
An inflatable bag acts as soft tissue and muscle to support the uterus bag in which the calf is zipped inside of with our Holsim-Amniotic Fluid.  This enables lubrication during the birthing procedure.  Modelled from actual bovine anatomy, each cow
has its own uterus, rectum and birth canal. 
 
The Holsim Birthing Bovine is heated internally, and has a blow-back switch for the rectum to replicate gas build up, enabling students to learn how to relieve this.  For ease of cleaning and maintenance, the uterus bag unzips from the birth canal, whilst the rump and tail can be removed from the cow.  Clear windows in the sides and top of the bovine allow teachers to see how students are going, and give live feedback during training.
